Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If it isn't right, we'll make it easy.

Your 10 days
You have 10 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Free returns with Redo
At checkout you can add Redo Return Protection. With it, your returns and exchanges ship free, and we'll send you a prepaid label when you start your return. It's optional, and you can add it to any order.

Without Redo
You're welcome to return anything that qualifies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll deduct the cost of the return label from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us and we'll swap it for the same item in the size you need, as long as it's still in stock. If it's not available, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. We'll cover the shipping, with or without Redo.

How to start a return
Email info@hommefemmela.com and we'll reply within 24 working hours (Mon-Fri, PST). Once we receive your item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Good to know
For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, since we can't guarantee we'll receive a return that's lost in transit.
