     A. General

We appreciate your order! All online orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the season. Please allow 3-4 business days during peak sales events and holidays for your order to be processed and shipped. We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match billing address will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery your shipping and billing addresses match or you will be asked to verify your address. All orders are securely processed by

     B. Backorder

    Some items may be unaccounted for in our inventory at the time of purchase. We ask for your understanding in this rare occurrence and will notify you within 48 hours that this item is on backorder. You have the right to wait on the item to be restocked or request a refund. Thank you.

         C. Sales Items

      All sales are final sale, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.


           D. Presale Items

        Any item listed as “PRE-SALE” will be shipped on the date of release provided in the item description. Please allow 48 hours in case of a high volume of orders.



              A. General

          Homme + Femme ships globally. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

          Some foreign countries aren’t as easy to ship to and fall outside our $35 international DHL rate. In this case, your product will be shipped by USPS and delivered by your local post office once it arrives in your country.

          Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

               B. Shipping Companies

            We Ship with USPS, DHL, FEDEX and UPS.

                 C. Duties & Taxes

              All international shipments are subject to your home countries customs regulations. Homme + Femme is not responsible for taxes and duties. All packages returned as a result of delinquent duty payment are not our responsibility and you will not receive a refund in this case.



                   A. General

                RETURNS: To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

                • Return must be initiated within 10 days of your delivery date
                • Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
                • Be returned with original tags and packaging
                • If defective or damaged, we ask you to please send a picture of the defect.
                • Sale items aren’t eligible for return

                 Homme + Femme reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

                EXCHANGES:    Only unworn items are eligible for exchange within 10 days of purchase. We offer no exchanges on sales items.

                      B. Return Instructions

                Though we hope things don’t go wrong with your order we still want to make it as easy as possible in case a return is needed.

                To Return Your Order:

                1. Visit our Return Portal located at the Support Tab
                2. Provide your order number and email address that was used to place the order and complete the steps that follow.
                3. Upon completion you will receive a confirmation for pending approval, once approved please follow the return instructions.
                4. If your request is denied, please email our customer service team with your name, order number and inquiry so we can further assist you.

                 Returns must be initiated within 10 days of your delivery date. Your returned item must arrive at our shipping facility no later than 20 days of your delivery date. 

                      C. International Returns

                  Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.


                  V. MODIFY/CANCEL ORDER

                  You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues.

                  VI. REFUNDS

                  A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

                  Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.

                  Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.


                  VII. LOST PACKAGES

                    To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

                    Please be sure you check with the surrounding areas of your home or neighbors who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

                     We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

                     Homme  + Femme does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier.

                     If your package is still lost or missing, you must wait to contact us within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim. Once a claim is filed we will work with you to have your order reshipped.


                    VIII. GARMENT INFORMATION

                         A. Sizing

                      Our Garments Size Range (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).


                      Sizing varies considerably among styles and fabrics. To help you choose the best fit we provide the following sizing information on every product page:


                      • A size conversion chart to help you convert international sizes
                      • Specific product measurements for clothing
                      • Body measurements and size on model

                           B. Country of Manufacture

                      All products start in the concept phase and are sampled in Los Angeles. Products are manufactured in Los Angeles California, Mexico City Mexico Shanghai, or Guangzhou China. Our contracted and law-abiding facilities employ non-sweatshop laborers of legal working age. For proof of labor, conditions feel free to contact us via email.
